With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in sales and business development, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that spans various aspects of the business landscape, including sales, operations, management, marketing and administration. My journey began in entry level positions where I honed my ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Over the years, I progressed into roles that required strategic thinking and operational oversight, allowing me to develop a comprehensive view of how businesses function.

I also work as a Career Advisor with rangatahi (young people) in high schools, supporting them as they explore pathways into employment, training or further education. This work extends to helping individuals at all stages of their professional journey. Whether they’re navigating their first job, climbing the career ladder, transitioning industries or seeking greater alignment with their passions. I guide clients through career planning, CV development, interview preparation and strategic decision making with empathy and real world insight. Supporting people to gain clarity and confidence in their direction is something I’m deeply passionate about.
In addition to my coaching and advisory work, I also create User Generated Content (UGC) for brands looking to connect more authentically with their audience. My experience as a Business Coach gives me a unique edge in UGC, I don’t just create content that looks good, I create content that speaks directly to the target audience’s mindset, pain points and buying behaviors. I approach UGC with a strategic lens, ensuring every piece aligns with brand goals, resonates with viewers and drives engagement that converts.
